Kenya AA is known for its rich fullness, bright acidity and intense floral flavours with hints of tropical fruit, berries and wine. It is an ideal accompaniment to a sweet pastry, as its fruity notes go perfectly with the sweetness of pastries or, for example, with strong-flavoured hard cheese.
Grown at an altitude of over 1700 metres above sea level, Kenya AA is one of the world’s finest coffee beans. At high altitude, the plants grow more slowly, allowing more time for the nutrients to be absorbed and the fruit to ripen and develop flavours for longer.
