Sidamo is one of Ethiopia’s most fertile growing regions, producing large quantities of excellent coffee every year, known for its rich body – complex and with a bright and lively aftertaste. The coffee’s characteristics are fairly consistent from year to year, making this bean attractive to many coffee roasters.
