Moka Induction is the first moka pot suitable for induction cookers. The upper chamber is made of aluminium, like the classic jug, but unlike the traditional jug it is connected to a steel boiler. The outer steel layer of the jug allows it to be used on induction hobs, while the inner aluminium layer ensures even heat distribution. It has a capacity of 6 cups, which is equivalent to 280ml of coffee.

How to make coffee in a moka pot?
Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve, insert the metal filter and pour the ground coffee into the basket (without pressing), then place the upper chamber on top and place the pot on the hotplate. Wait until the coffee starts to brew and reaches the collecting chamber. Now take the pot off the heat and enjoy!
